If you need WiFi, a WiFi order will need to be purchased at the convention center during vendor check in.
Please let the staff at check in know that you need WiFi.

VENDOR LOAD IN INFORMATION
Load-in is Friday, May 30th between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Friday set-up ends at 7:00 PM.
Note: Table linens will not be provided for tables at your space.
Tables are 96" wide x 30" deep. You can bring your own linens or leave your space without linens.
If you do not need your table(s) at your space, please let someone from our vendor check-in staff know. We will pull it from your space.
The dock will be open between 7 am and 8:30 on am Saturday and Sunday if you need to restock.

It is highly recommended to load in and set up on Friday.
All aisles must be 100% clear by 9:30 AM on Saturday and Sunday morning.

You will need to line up with your vehicle to enter the loading dock area.

You will be directed in by an Anime Riverside staff member.
​
Please review load-in map for directional information.

If you do not need to load in with a vehicle, please enter through the front of the convention center.
​
After you're directed to drive inside the loading dock area to park and unload, please visit the vendor check-in table located inside the convention center dock area.
​
At check-in, you will receive your vendor badges and be directed to your space by a staff member.
​
After check-in, you will have 25 minutes of dock time to unload your vehicle.
​
Once you are unloaded, you will need to leave the dock area and find parking outside the dock area.
​
You can re-enter with your vendor badge to start your set-up.
​
There is plenty of public parking around and in front of the convention center.
​
We recommend vendors bring some form of covering to place over their table and products when your space is unattended.
​
Both Saturday and Sunday, we will be open for early entry at 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM for vendors and artists.
​
Please note, our doors will open at 10:00 AM sharp to attendees. You will not be allowed to have any product or any items that block the aisles after 9:30 AM on either day.

The event hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday.
​
You are not allowed to load out on Sunday until you are directed that it's clear to do so by an Anime Riverside representative.

If there is an outlet near your space and accessible and doesn't impede any aisles, you are free to use and share with fellow vendors.
