MASKS OR FACE COVERINGS MUST BE WORN WHEN INSIDE ANY BUILDING AT ANIME PASADENA.
PRE-REGISTRATION
Want to be one of the first ones to get inside Anime Pasadena 2021?
Pre-register on Friday, pick up your wristbands and get in the fast line on Saturday or Sunday morning!
You also get a free Anime Pasadena wood pin for picking up your passes on Friday!
We will be open at the main check in entrance between 12 Noon and 6 pm on Friday, December 10th.
If you already pre-registered on Friday, you go straight into the pre-registered line, which is the first line to move inside the event.
HOW TO PRE-REGISTER?
1. On Friday, December 10th between the hours of 12 pm and 6 pm, go to the Pasadena Convention Center located at 300 E Green St, Pasadena, CA 91101.
2. Go to the Main Entrance of Anime Pasadena 2021, Hall A located on the front West side of the convention center.
3. Go inside through the Main Entrance and approach a check-in table.
4. Show the AP check-in staff member your proof of purchase / ticket confirmation. This can be done through your digital device (phone, tablet) or through a paper print out.
5. Show the AP check-in staff member your proof of vaccination card or digital copy / photo on your digital device (phone, tablet) or proof of a negative Covid within 72 hours of the event. The name on the vaccination proof or proof of negative Covid test will need to be matched against a form of Identification. State ID or Passport will be accepted as an identification form.
Children with no legal identification must still show proof, parents must still show their vaccination card or digital copy / photo on your digital device (phone, tablet) or proof of a negative Covid within 72 hours of the event.
6. Once checked in and registered, you will receive your wristband or wristbands for the day or days you purchased.
7. We'll see you for an awesome time at Anime Pasadena 2021!!!

HOW TO REGISTER / CHECK IN AT ANIME PASADENA 2021?
Anime Pasadena 2021 is a 2 day event, Saturday and Sunday, December 11th and 12th at the Pasadena Convention Center. The Pasadena Convention Center is located at 300 E Green St, Pasadena, CA 91101
Event hours for each day are 10:00 am pst to 5:00 pm pst.
1. Go to the Main Entrance of Anime Pasadena 2021, Hall A located on the front West side of the convention center.
If you are pre-registered, you will be directed to the pre-registered line located on the west side of the convention center on the Marengo Ave side.
If you are registering on the day of the event, you will be directed to wait in the registration line located on the East side of the convention center on the Euclid Ave side.
2. Once in line, please wait to be registered / checked in. We will also be doing mobile check in's while you wait in line. If checked in while you are in line, you will directed to go to the pre-registered line for fast entry.
3. Go inside through the Main Entrance and approach a check-in table.
4. Show the AP check-in staff member your proof of purchase / ticket confirmation. This can be done through your digital device (phone, tablet) or through a paper print out.
5. Show the AP check-in staff member your proof of vaccination card or digital copy / photo on your digital device (phone, tablet) or proof of a negative Covid within 72 hours of the event. I have tickets from the original Anime Pasadena dates. Will they roll over and work for new dates in December, 2021?
Answer:
Yes, they absolutely do! Your same ticket from 2020 will scan and work at our 2021 event.

I can't make it to Anime Pasadena 2021. How can I receive a refund?
Answer:
You can receive a refund by emailing support@animepasadena.com
You would need to send us the following information:
Ticket Holder Full Name (Person who bought the ticket)
Quantity of tickets needed to be refunded
Eventbrite Order Number
Email Address of Ticket Purchaser
You will be refunded within 1 - 3 business days.
There are no refunds 7 days before the event.
