MEETUP CREATION INSTRUCTIONS

CREATE A MEETUP
IT'S EASY!

What you need:
1. Your Name (Your name will be listed in the meetup graphic we create and post here)
2. Meetup name. Example: Naruto Meetup Anime Riverside 2026
3. Meetup Location. (review the location options image above for location options)
4. Meetup Date. Example: Saturday, May 30th
5. Meetup Time. Example: 3 pm
6. Find an image that represents your meetup. It can be a wallpaper of the show, character image, a past meetup picture, etc. Please make sure it's a clear, high resolution graphic
FINAL STEP
7. Send all the above information with an attached meetup image / graphic to support@animeriverside.com
Make sure the email subject line is "Anime Riverside 2026 Meet Up".
NOTE* If you have a link you'd like to add to your meetup, for example a Facebook event link, Eventbrite link, discord link, etc..,add that to your email.
A link is not necessary to create a meetup.
Once you email us your meetup information, it will be reviewed, then approved and added to this page as an official meetup for everyone to see!

Note* Not every meetup submitted to us has an event page or separate meeting link if you click on the meetup image. But all the information to join a meet at AR is on each meetup graphic.
